Before I tell you more about our programs, let me tell you about myself.<\/p>\n

My name is Paul Sterling and I am the creator of the<\/span><\/span>…<\/span><\/h2>\n

I have been studying communication for over twenty years.<\/p>\n

Yeah, I know, I’m a slow learner.<\/p>\n

And I’ve been teaching communication for over fifteen years.<\/p>\n

It has been an interesting, bumpy and heart opening journey on the way to becoming a relationship communication coach.<\/p>\n

I dropped out of high school at the age of 17 and then left home for the adventure of being an Alaska commercial fisherman… and to get away from a broken family, a critical dad who drank too much and an angry older brother.<\/p>\n

My wake up call and turning point toward self-knowledge came when my older brother, Kevin, who seemed to have it all!<\/p>\n

He was a race car driver, had lots of women, lots of friends and admiration, killed himself.<\/p>\n

Suddenly, my world was turned up-side-down and I began my search for answers.<\/p>\n

I studied with Anthony Robbins (motvational advisor to olympic athletes and presidents), with Bob Proctor (from The Secret<\/em>), and was a business partner with Marshall Thurber (one of Robert Kiyosaki’s mentors – the author of ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’). I also studied The Work of Byron Katie extensively.<\/p>\n

I tried everything from walking on fire to meditation to counseling. I read books, listened to tapes, took personal growth classes and I studied neuro-linguistic programming and neuro-associative conditioning.<\/p>\n

I got really good at communicating in the business world.<\/p>\n

I have taught for the City of Albuquerque (a leadership program) and other businesses. I’ve taught in schools, churches and prisons. I also used my skills as a U.S. delegate to the Soviet American Citizen’s Summit Peace Dialogue in Moscow.<\/p>\n

I have taught from Hawaii to Hong Kong and from Alabama to Alaska.<\/p>\n

I have been interviewed by numerous newspapers and radio talk shows around the US. In addition, I made appearances on Russian news programs and have written my own column on communications.<\/p>\n

And after all that…<\/p>\n

I ended up with a divorce and two broken engagements. I still didn’t know how to have a healthy relationship with open, honest communication. I was almost ready to give up…<\/p>\n

Then, totally by accident, I heard about the work of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, the creator of Nonviolent Communication (www.cnvc.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n

I traveled to Sweden to study with him.<\/p>\n

I was floored by the simplicity and effectiveness of this communication model to help me in my relationships – intimate, business and<\/em> social.<\/p>\n

Now I have combined all of my knowledge, my experience, and my imagination to create The Magic Relationship Method <\/em>– which can now help you to improve your relationships.<\/p>\n
